At Needoh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered after delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
